Coronavirus Update

Entrance to the National Motor Museum with statue of Edward, Lord Montagu

Following Government advice, we have taken the difficult decision to close the National Motor Museum and Collections Centre until further notice. We believe that this is the only suitable course of action, following the latest guidelines on social distancing.

National Motor Museum Trust Staff are working from home to continue our mission to engage and inspire you with the story of motoring through our world class collections.

Our Motoring Research Service remains open by email and we will do our best to answer your enquiries with the resources available to us.

Due to our current circumstances we are unable to accept new volunteers or object donations. Please see our volunteer page and collections page for further guidance.

All Friends events have been postponed, however we plan to rearrange new dates later in the year. Tickets purchased already will still be valid for the new date and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please see the Friends page for further information.

We have also needed to postpone some of our Beaulieu One Hundred social calendar events and hope to rearrange dates for these to take place as soon as we are able. For further information please see the Beaulieu one Hundred page.

Support us

Like many Museums and Heritage Organisations, we are facing a very challenging time since our closure. As a charity, with no core government funding, we rely on supporters and visitors to help us achieve our goals. Please see how you can support us.

You can also make a donation online.

We would like to thank you for your continued support and look forward to welcoming you back later in the year.
