Accounts Creation Help

Discover how to set up your membership account.

As a valued member of the Friends of the National Motor Museum we are delighted to announce you now have exclusive access to the dedicated Friends’ Member Area of the National Motor Museum website.

Please follow the instructions below to use your Friends’ membership number to log in and create your account. This will enable you to access Friends-related content, update your contact details, view purchase history and renew your membership next year.

How to Register:

  1. Go to www.nationalmotormuseum.org.uk and click on the "Account" button on the menu bar at the top of the page. Once at the log-in page, navigate to "Don't have an account?" and click on "Register here".
  2. Enter your details (first name, last name and email).
  3. Create and confirm your Password: You will be asked to create your own password for secure future logins.
  4. Enter your Membership Number (this appears at the end of the confirmation email you received when you registered and it starts with an ‘M’. (Please ensure you include the ‘M’ before the numbers). If the number features an '0', this should be entered as a zero and not the letter 'O'. This number is different to the one that is printed on your membership pass.
  5. Enter your Surname and Postcode (the postcode should be uppercase and include a space in between).
  6. Click the "Register" button: You may receive a confirmation email or see a success message.
  7. After logging in, you will have access to the Friends’ Member Area. When returning to the site in the future you can log into your account through the "Account" button on the menu bar at the top of each page.

Please see landing page example below:

We look forward to welcoming you to the Friends’ Member Area on the National Motor Museum website!
