We are currently booking for on site visits through to 20th November 2026. Our outreach visits are available to book for 2026/2027 now!

All groups need to book in advance to make sure you have the best time possible.
We have developed programme packages for larger groups that enhance the visit for all involved.
To make sure your group doesn't feel rushed we recommend starting all programmes or packages at 10am.
Parking is free for coaches and minibuses at Beaulieu.
Cost for Outreach visits:
Simple fixed prices make it easy to plan your visit:
Single workshop (KS1 & 2): £120 —
one workshop session for up to 36 pupils.
Double workshop (KS1 & 2) : £210 —
two workshop sessions at the same school, for up to 72 pupils.
Triple workshop (KS1 only): £280 —
three workshop sessions at the same school, for up to 108 pupils.
There is a small additional one off charge for schools of 45p per mile for transport costs.

How to make a booking
Once you have decided the programme or package you wish to book please complete the enquiry form and the Learning team will be in contact with available dates and the estimated cost of the visit.

Free Preliminary Visit for Smooth Running
When the booking has been made, group leaders are invited to make a free preliminary visit to meet our team, plan their visit and carry out necessary risk assessments.
Preliminary visits are available 10am-4pm Monday to Friday and must be booked in advance with our Learning Team.
