28 October 2024

The National Motor Museum has appointed Automotive Vision as official partners. Formhalls Vintage and Racing Ltd has become the Museum’s ‘Preferred Engineering Partner’ and Page Automotive Group has been named as the Museum’s ‘Preferred Bodyshop Partner.’

Formhalls Vintage & Racing Ltd based at Downton near Salisbury provide white metalling and engineering services, whilst Page Automotive Group based at Cosham near Portsmouth provide repair and body shop services.

Both companies have been instrumental in supporting the Museum’s Sunbeam 1000hp World Land Speed Record vehicle restoration project, providing white metalling of the engines. They also have been working on other vehicles in the Museum’s famous collection of cars and motorcycles.

Doug Hill, National Motor Museum Manager says, “Looking after the Museum’s collection of 300 vehicles is a passion, but we are pleased to be able to call on the support of other experts in automotive maintenance. This new partnership will help us with the restoration and maintenance of our magnificent collection of motor cars, motorcycles and vans.

Mike Pearce from Automotive Vision Ltd says “We both hope that the partnership provides many mutual benefits and showcase our role in the motor industry. We’re delighted to support the National Motor Museum efforts in telling the story of motoring and restoring and maintaining its fine vehicle collection.
