This year’s rally brings together an incredible line up — from timeless classics to Supercars, roaring engines to quiet electric revolutions — all set against the stunning backdrops of the Beaulieu & Bowcliffe grounds.

Beaulieu to Bowcliffe Rally Itinerary 

Join us for a remarkable week-long journey through British motoring history, scenic drives, and exclusive access experiences. Below is the full itinerary for our Beaulieu to Bowcliffe Motoring Tour.


Sunday 26th July – Welcome Gathering
Location: The Master Builder, Beaulieu
Kick off the event with a relaxed pre-tour gathering. Meet fellow participants and enjoy a welcome briefing to prepare for the week ahead.


Monday 27th July – The Grand Depart
Departure: National Motor Museum, Beaulieu
Take the back roads for a scenic drive to our first special attraction .Evening: Arrive at The Slaughters Inn for a group dinner and relaxed evening stay.


Tuesday 28th July – Motorsport Heritage
Morning: Private visit to Nigel Webb’s Mike Hawthorn Museum – tour and free exploration. Afternoon Drive: Cross the Thames and journey northeast into Cambridgeshire. Overnight: Hotel stay in Cambridgeshire.


Wednesday 29th July – Aviation Meets Autos
Visit: Imperial War Museum Duxford – includes special access and a behind-the-scenes tour. Drive: Continue north to Hornington Manor in Yorkshire. Stay: Two-night stay begins at Hornington Manor.


Thursday 30th July – Masters of Motoring Showcase
Morning Convoy: Grand parade drive to Bowcliffe Hall for the Masters of Motoring event.All-Day Access: Enjoy full participation in the event, surrounded by icons of motoring excellence.

Join us for the thrilling return drive from Yorkshire to the South Coast, culminating in a VIP experience at the Beaulieu Supercar Weekend.


Friday 31st July – Rally South Begins
Start Location: Bowcliffe Hall Morning:
• Gather with fellow tour participants and Vintage Rally enthusiasts
• Enjoy coffee and pastries while catching up ah
ead of the return run

10:00 AM – Grand Depart:
• Begin the scenic convoy drive south
• Planned stop at Blyton Park Circuit for a private track day experience 
Afternoon/Evening:
• Continue the drive down to Beaulieu
• Overnight stay at The Master Builder
• Evening BBQ at the Countryside Centre – casual food, drinks, and wind-down


Saturday 1st August – Supercar Weekend Begins
Event: Beaulieu Supercar Weekend – Grand Arrival

• Full access to VIP marquee and eve

FAQs – Beaulieu Driving Rally's 2026

What is the Beaulieu to Bowcliffe Driving Rally?

It’s a scenic, non-competitive driving event from either Beaulieu (Hampshire) to Bowcliffe Hall (Yorkshire) , focused on enjoyment—not racing.


Who can take part?

Drivers must be 21+ with a full UK or international driving licence.

Vehicles must be road legal, insured, taxed, and MOT’d if applicable.

Passengers under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.


How do I register?

Please send your completed application form to develpment@beaulieu.co.uk

If you need an application form, you can request one by emailing the same address.

Entry includes route materials, rally merchandise, and select hospitality.

Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.


Do I need special insurance?

Yes. You must show proof of valid motor insurance that covers participation in non-competitive road events.


Is this a race or timed event?

No. The rally is for leisure and enjoyment—strictly no racing or time trials. All participants must follow UK traffic laws at all times.


What happens if I drive dangerously?

Anyone caught driving recklessly or breaking the law will be removed from the event immediately, with no refund.


Can I choose my own route?

A detailed route pack is provided, but you’re free to take alternative scenic routes at your own risk. Timing is relaxed and checkpoints are informal.


Will I be photographed or filmed?

Yes. By participating, you consent to the use of photos and videos for promotional purposes. You can share your own content, but not commercially without permission.


What if the event is cancelled?

If the event is cancelled or rescheduled due to weather, safety, or low numbers, you’ll be offered a refund or credit for a future event.


Can I cancel my registration?

Refunds are not available for late cancellations, but substitutions may be accepted if notified in advance. Please contact us for details.


What laws apply?

This event is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the English courts.

     General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants of the Event. By registering, participants agree to comply with all rules and instructions provided by the organisers before and during the Event.


Eligibility

All drivers must hold a valid, full UK (or international equivalent) driving licence.

All vehicles must be road legal, taxed, insured, and have a valid MOT (if applicable).

Participants must be aged 21 or over on the date of the event.

Passengers under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.


Entry and Fees

A £500 deposit is required to secure a place on the Event.

The remaining balance must be paid by 1 February 2026.

Entry fees cover event participation, route materials, rally merchandise, and select hospitality.

Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Entry is only confirmed once the full balance is received by the due date.


Insurance and Liability

All participants must provide proof of valid motor insurance covering participation in this type of event.

The Event is not a race, time trial, or speed competition. All driving must be conducted in accordance with UK traffic laws.

Participants acknowledge that they take part at their own risk. The organisers, sponsors, and partners accept no liability for any accident, loss, injury, or damage to persons or property.


Conduct and Safety

Participants must obey all traffic regulations and local laws.

Dangerous, reckless, or illegal driving will result in immediate disqualification and removal from the event without refund.

The organisers reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour endangers others or brings the event into disrepute.

The organisers also reserve the right to change the route, scheduled stops, and accommodation as necessary for operational reasons or safety concerns.


Route and Schedule

A detailed route pack will be provided before the event. Deviations are allowed but are undertaken at participants’ own risk.

The event is designed for leisure and scenic enjoyment; timing is flexible, and checkpoints are informal.

The organisers are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Photography and Media

By attending, participants consent to being photographed and filmed.

The organisers may use images and footage for promotional purposes.

Participants may share their own media but must not use the Event's name for commercial purposes without permission.


Cancellation and Refunds

The organisers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the Event due to force majeure, safety concerns, or insufficient participation.

In such cases, participants will be offered a refund or credit toward a future event.

Participants who cancel their registration are not entitled to a refund. However, if a participant is unable to attend, they may nominate an alternate participant by 24 April 2026. A full refund will be issued once the alternate participant has completed their registration and full payment.

Participants who are unable to attend rally dinners or choose not to stay in the rally hotel will not be entitled to a partial reimbursement.


Amendments

The organisers reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.
