Motorsport enthusiasts, families, and friends are invited to participate in an exciting automotive event in 2026 - the National Motor Museum pre-1940s Car Rally and Supercar Run.

Whether you’re a classic car collector, a modern-day speed lover, or simply want to admire the engineering marvels on display, the rally and run promise an unforgettable experience for all.

These events bring together an incredible line up — from timeless classics to Supercars, roaring engines to quiet electric revolutions — all set against the stunning backdrops of the Beaulieu & Bowcliffe grounds.

Get ready for a thrilling journey through the heart of England’s countryside! The pre-1940s car rally will start at the iconic National Motor Museum in Hampshire and finish at the elegant Bowcliffe Hall in Yorkshire.

£3995 plus VAT

£500 plus VAT deposit required to confirm place on the rally at booking.

Itinerary 



Day 1 Sunday 26th July 2026

Welcome Gathering and Pre-Event Meeting.

 
Accommodation, evening meal and champagne reception included.
Start the event with a relaxed pre-tour gathering. Meet fellow participants and enjoy a welcome briefing to prepare for the week ahead.

Day 2 Monday 27th July

The Grand Departure.


Depart from the National Motor Museum, Beaulieu for a scenic drive to our first special attraction.

Accommodation Included.

Day 3 Tuesday 28th July

Motorsport Heritage.

An exclusive visit to a private motoring collection. 

Afternoon drive across the Thames and into Cambridgeshire. 

Accommodation and evening meal included.

Day 4 Wednesday 29th July 

Aviation Meets Autos.

Visit to the Imperial War Museum Duxford – includes private tour. Drive to Yorkshire. 

Accommodation and evening meal included.


Day 5 Thursday 30th July

Masters of Motoring Showcase.

Drive in convoy to Bowcliffe Hall for the Masters of Motoring event. Enjoy all-day access to the event, surrounded by icons of motoring excellence. 

Grand finale dinner at Bowcliffe Hall.

Accommodation included.

Day 6 Friday 31st July 

Gather & Depart

Gather back at Bowcliffe Hall for coffee and pastries and to see the Supercar Run depart. Depart at leisure.

Join us for an unforgettable journey as we take to the roads in a celebration of speed, style, and automotive excellence. Starting from the elegant Bowcliffe Hall in Yorkshire and finishing at the iconic National Motor Museum in Beaulieu, Hampshire, this run will take you through some of England’s most scenic countryside — with roaring engines and sleek machines leading the way. Whether you're behind the wheel or cheering from the side-lines, this is a must for any supercar enthusiast.

Run South Begins.

Gather at Bowcliffe Hall with fellow tour participants and pre-1940s Car Rally enthusiasts

Depart from Bowcliffe Hall in a scenic convoy and drive south.

Stop at Blyton Park Circuit for a private track day experience 

Continue the drive down to Beaulieu.

Overnight accommodation and dinner included.

Day 2 Saturday 1st August

Beaulieu Supercar Weekend Event.

Special parking area for group, access to event hospitality.

Overnight accommodation and dinner included.

Day 3 Sunday 2nd August

Beaulieu Supercar Weekend event.

Special parking area for group and access to event hospitality.

FAQs National Motor Museum pre-1940s Car Rally and Supercar Run 2026

What is the pre-1940s car Rally and supercar run?

Both events are a scenic, non-competitive driving event from either Beaulieu (Hampshire) to Bowcliffe Hall (Yorkshire) , focused on enjoyment - not racing.


Who can take part?

Drivers must be 21+ with a full UK or international driving licence.

Vehicles must be road legal, insured, taxed, and hold a valid MOT if applicable.

Passengers must be over 18 years of age.


How do I register?

Complete the registration form below.

If you have a printed form, please scan the form and send your completed application form to development@beaulieu.co.uk

Entry includes route materials, rally merchandise, and select hospitality.

Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.


Is this a race or timed event?

No, both events are for leisure and enjoyment only. There are strictly no racing or time trials. All participants must adhere to the Highway Code at all times.


driving etiquette?

Anyone caught driving recklessly will be removed from the event immediately, and will not be eligible for a refund.


Can I choose my own route?

A detailed route pack is provided, but you’re free to take alternative scenic routes at your own risk. Timing is relaxed and checkpoints are informal.


Will I be photographed or filmed?

Yes. By participating, you consent to the National Motor Museum's use of photos and videos for promotional purposes. You can share your own content, but not commercially without prior permission from the National Motor Museum.
