Event entry information for Friends of the National Motor Museum Trust
Friends of the National Motor Museum benefit from free admission to numerous motoring events, including the world-renowned Autojumbles held in May and September.
Friends can enjoy the events as a visitor or, at a number of events, as a participant.

Friends of the National Motor Museum Trust are not required to book tickets online if they wish to attend many of the events at Beaulieu as a visitor as advance tickets are not available to book (with the exception of BBC Gardeners’ World Spring Fair, Transport Torques and A Palace House Christmas where discounted tickets must be pre-booked online www.beaulieu.co.uk
Tickets for the Classic Grille events should also be booked online but are free of charge).
Members should show a valid National Motor Museum Friends’ membership pass on arrival at visitor reception and/or at the advance ticket queue where they will be admitted as per their membership terms and conditions.
The National Motor Museum Friends’ membership pass can be used for Beaulieu's organised motoring events that are open to the public, excluding some separately charged and hosted event days that incur a separate admission charge (please see below).
A valid membership pass must be shown on arrival at all events and on non-event days. Members who do not have a membership pass should email friends@beaulieu.co.uk. You may also be asked to produce a form of photo ID.
Beaulieu events incurring a separate admission charge for members
- BBC Gardeners World Spring Fair (members should book discounted tickets online)
- Transport Torques evening lectures, hosted by the National Motor Museum Trust (members should book discounted tickets online)
- Outdoor Theatre Productions (members should book tickets online - not discounted)
- A Palace House Christmas (members should book discounted tickets online)
- External events such as Mini Cooper Register National Mini Day, National Austin Seven Rally, VauxAll South Rally, Swedish Takeover (Members may attend these events free of charge as a visitor but tickets to participate in your vehicle will require a separate ticket to be purchased)
VISITORS

PARTICIPANTS – SIMPLY EVENTS, BIKERS’ DAY, DRIVE-IT DAY, CUSTOM & AMERICAN SHOW
Members wishing to participate in a vehicle at the Simply events, Drive-It Day, Bikers’ Day and Custom & American Show are advised to complete an online form in advance to request their free participant ticket https://forms.office.com/e/474B3YTQNc A valid membership pass will also be accepted on arrival at the gate. We recommend pre-booking tickets for Drive-It Day as capacity limits are in place for this event. Members may display their car or motorcycle free of charge. However, any occupants of the vehicle who are not covered by a current membership pass will be asked to pay the relevant entry fee. All vehicles must conform to the theme of the event. Specific entry criteria applies – we recommend members check the website for each event.
PARTICIPANTS - SUPERCAR WEEKEND
Supercar weekend participants should apply for tickets online as soon as possible to avoid disappointment Beaulieu Supercar Weekend | Drivers Application. Please note that application does not guarantee acceptance; entry criteria and capacity limits apply. The entry for accepted drivers and one passenger is free; tickets will be emailed to drivers prior to the event. All other members covered on the membership pass will need to enter through Visitor Reception.
SPRING & INTERNATIONAL AUTOJUMBLES
A dedicated Friends’ entry desk situated in Visitor Reception will be open until 12.00 pm at the Spring and International Autojumbles allowing members to bypass the queues in visitor reception. If arriving after 12.00 pm, members may enter via any till. This does not permit early entry to the Autojumble itself. Members who are the named stallholder at either of the two Autojumbles are entitled to a 10 percent discount off the cost of uncovered stand space. The discount does not apply to alternative stand options or additional exhibitor and vehicle passes. To qualify, complete the appropriate section of the application form which can be found on the exhibitor page of the Beaulieu website:

Classic Car Park at Autojumble
Members are invited to display their classic vehicle in the Classic Car Park at both the Spring and International Autojumbles by purchasing discounted tickets in advance using a discount code. Tickets should be purchased online by visiting the relevant Autojumble event page of the Beaulieu website www.beaulieu.co.uk Select “Classic Car Parking” from the blue menu bar at the top of the page. Enter the code into the voucher code section during checkout (the code can be requested by emailing friends@beaulieu.co.uk quoting your name and membership number. Alternatively, tickets can be purchased over the phone by calling the Events team on 01590 614614. Tickets will either be emailed or posted (postage charge applies). Please book early to avoid disappointment as capacity limits are in place. Tickets are required per person arriving in the vehicle.
BBC GARDENERS' WORLD SPRING FAIR

Once on the event page, select “Buy Tickets”, choose the date and time you wish to visit from the calendar, select Membership Admission, Friend of NMMT (Proof of membership must be shown on arrival)
TRANSPORT TORQUES LECTURES

Member tickets are £7.50, non-members £15.00. Once on the Basket Summary page please select “Checkout as Guest” – you do not need to log in with an email address or password (proof of membership must be shown on arrival)

EXTERNAL EVENTS
Participation in external events such as National Mini Day, Austin 7 Rally, VauxAll Rally and Swedish Takeover are excluded from free entry. Members may still visit these events free of charge as a visitor by entering via visitor reception with a valid membership pass but tickets to participate in these external rallies in your vehicle will require a separate ticket to be purchased at the rally admission rate. In some cases, the tickets are only sold directly via the club organising the rally.
