Driven: Britain's Motoring Story
Now open our new gallery “Driven: Britain’s Motoring Story” tells the story of how motoring shaped Britain — from fearless early pioneers to the cars, people and moments that transformed everyday life.
We have completed our £600,000 project giving the Museum a new look to its entrance hall and upper-gallery and re-introduce visitors to the story of motoring in Britain. The new exhibition is one of the most significant changes to the Museum since it was built! Five sections explore the eras of motoring with personal stories to surprise, engage and inspire. There are spotlight loan vehicles and fun interactive displays, rarely seen items from the Museum’s collections, along with opportunities to watch and hear videos and sounds from our archives.
Prepared to change a gear and journey through British motoring history at Beaulieu!
